Adobe Photoshop CS 5 with Lisa Carney

Photoshop expert Lisa Carney headlines our first event, as she dives into CS 5 to share some of the techniques she uses in creating award winning campaigns. After an initial overview of the new version, Lisa gives in depth demos of some of the most exciting new features, including content aware fill, refined selections, and puppet warp.
Following this, she'll share some of her techniques for beauty retouching and body shaping, and demostrate the CS5 masking panel. Finally, she brings everything together by using a variety of effects, atmospheres, and color balancing to produce a flawless finished image.

Lisa Carney has been a professional retoucher/finisher for over a decade. On projects with clients such as Mercedes, Disney, Paramount, Burger King, MGM, and many others she collaborates with some of the most dynamic talents in the advertising, editorial and entertainment industries. In addition to her work, Lisa has over 18 years experience teaching Photoshop. Her students run the gamut from beginners to professional retouchers. She has taught at universities, design and movie studios, corporations and private students in Los Angeles, London, Italy and France.
